Since the 23rd of April 2004 the borders between north and south of Cyprus have been reopened. Since the opening of Larnaca Airport has been a very popular destination for holiday makers and locals due to a fair range of international carriers using this airport.
After a direct flight to Larnaca Airport, south Cyprus, Lapida Hotel arranges transfers for you from Larnaca or Paphos Airport to Lapida. You only need a valid EU/US passport. However crossing to the north needs a re-registration and at the check point you will be granted that automatically so long as you a holder of EU/US passport. If you do not have a vaid EU/US passport please refer to your nearest embassy for documents required. Our representative will arrange all your paper work to be done without you getting out of the vehicle once reached at the check point to the northern side of the island.
